Pilates Basics Tape

After the pilates on Monday, I didn't feel anything and was wondering why. Then all of a sudden, on Tuesday afternoon, BAM...I was feeling it in my abs. Stil felt it today. Felt a little more comfortable with the pilates today, did some modifications. Not used to the breathing...but hey...I'm doing it!

Pilates 20 min. workout

I was planning on only doing modified weights this week. The moves were pretty much the same as the 1 mile except for the bicep curls. So I figured I could do them before I figured I could do them now. I did full weights on everything but the bicep curls.
Today i went for broke and just did full weights and it was fine. I have been breaking quite a sweat, but that is a good thing I guess.
Trying the regular pilates tape in a few. Let you know how it goes.

OK...a few things...I need more weights, and surprisingly to me, heavier ones. I also need to invest in a cheap bench. Very hard to do the exercises otherwise. Thing Paul and I are going shopping Wednesday.

I need to increase weight, a lot of that wasnt that hard for me. The only reason I did some with 0 weight was to do the pyramid correctly. I am going to get 8 and 10 and see what happens from there.

Nervous about tomorrow, have no idea how I am gonig to do my 20MAS.

You've got the right pyramid style. You could probably get some adjustable dumb bells from walmart. I got a set of 40 pounds for $20.

If you aren't pushing yourself to complete your last set, definately go higher!

You'd be surprised what you can do.
