It showed I lost 4 more lbs!!!!!!!YIIIIPPPPYYYY!!! I know the first 5 lbs. or so is water loss but hey, I'll take it!!
Thanks for the support, Molly!!

OK....Here it is.... I weighed myself this AM and it showed a 5 lb. weight loss for the whole week. I need to quit weighing myself throughout the week like I told my son!!! He is doing this with me too and he has lost 4 lbs. I feel so much better knowing that I'm not putting all that sugar and white junk in my system. How has everyone else done this week? Tangy

Yea Tangy!
Five pounds is fabulous!

I stayed the same this week... I think I may be at a set point. I recall being at this weight many years ago for a rather long period of time.

Thanks for the boost, Molly!!
I really needed to see your reply. It is the week before TOM and the cravings are trying to kick in. Not as bad as they could, but they are there. So I take it one day at a time this week.
You keep up the great work that you have started too!!!

Default Stuck at 14 lbs still

Hi,

Well, I went away last weekend, gained back 2 lbs of the 14 I had lost (in 1 month!), and then lost the 2 lbs. But I'm still at 14 lbs loss, and can't seem to get past that.

My body too, has been at this current weight before for a lengthy period of time, and I do think the body "remembers" that weight and seems to be comfortable with the weight. Well, I'm not!

So today I'm doing a lot less eating, and not having any carbs at all to see if I can get over the "hump".

I started the Suzanne Summers diet on January 9th, then switched to SB about 1 week later, as the SS was too restrictive and too much like Atkins. My body couldn't take all that fat; I need veggies, fruits and milk!

So when I started SB, I immediately started to lose fast. Now it's come to a screetching halt.

Hopefully I'll notice a drop in the next few days.

Azzie
