Foot pain makes walking indoors and out rather challenging. I do what I can, and adding strength workouts with resistance bands .. unfortunately this doesn't register as steps. Oh well .. just do my best

Doreen, I hope you're able to manage the foot pain and feel better. I hear you on feeling a bit ripped off when you're active, but the step count doesn't reflect it. Happens to me at work or at home doing yard work, both of which are more work than my anchored left hand says so, heh heh.

Doreen, I second what Kristine said and hope you can manage your foot pain. Have you tried something like foot rolling?

Thanks Kristine and Demi . The issue with my feet involves an inflammatory skin condition on the soles, thankfully not arthritic or similar bone/joint issue. Hopefully will be self-limiting as it has with past flare ups.
