There is no problem with avidin in raw whole eggs. It's when the yolk is discarded that the avidin may be a problem. I don't see the point in discarding the yolks anyway?

I do a protein shake every morning. I use EAS brand chocolate flavored whey (not paleo) because I can buy it in big bags at Bjs. Bear in mind that whey is also not vegan. Hey, if meat is murder, whey is clearly rape. Or at least larceny.

1 scoop powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbs heavy cream
1 tbs flax seed
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 tsp dark cocoa powder
3 drops stevia extract
handful of ice cubes

Blend thoroughly, I use a Magic Bullet.

I estimate about 400 calories and about 30 grams of protein.
