I don't think it's the bread Chari. I know it's eating too much, and the odd high carb treat. However I've cut back to normal/legal amounts and am doing better this week. So the scales on Sun. a.m. will tell.

B: 1/2 cup (uncooked) large flake oats with milk, 2 coffee.
S: 1 apple

L: sandwich meat on 2 slices ww stoneground bread, coffee.

S: 1 small piece carrot cake (boss's birthday), coffee.

D: 1 1/2 pita pizza's, garden salad with black olives and balsamic vinaigrette, boiled brocolli & cauliflower, 1 glass dry red wine.

S: small handful of peanuts, yogurt.

Maybe your right cuz you're a guy, if I ate three pieces of bread every day no way I would lose. You know best , I am trying to eat clean myself. I haven't had a muffin in days. Good luck...join us on our weight posting. It's helping me be true!

I wanted to fill in the ? for yesterday but I can only edit the same day I post. Anyway yesterday Dinner was eating out at Chinese smorg. I was pretty good though, went heavy on the beef and brocolli and other veggies and had some chow mein, chicken and pork with green tea. Not the best maybe, but if you knew how much and what I normally eat at a Chinese smorg you would have been proud. Late snack yesterday was yogurt.

Today:
B: chicken and salsa omelete with 2 eggs, 1 slice ww stoneground with low sugar straberry jam, coffee.
S: 1 orange.
L: 1 can salmon, 2 small pickles, 1/2 glass dry red wine.
D: pork stir-fry with brocolli cauliflower and carrots, garden salad with black olives and homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
S: yogurt.
