If someone wants to move this to a new "day" post okay, but this was my food yesterday.

Breakfast: 3 egg omelet cooked in butter with mozzerella, provelone cheese and turkey. Water and supplements

Lunch: Half a game hen made into chicken salad with mayo. Water

Snack: Goat cheese spread on 2 slices of deli ham (Oh that was good!) Water

Supper: Pork chops with spinich and butter, water



Not bad for a recovery day after I had sooooo much caffine on Friday driving for so long.(6+ hours)

There was concern and protest raised during the discussions and proposals for the format of a daily menu thread that RECIPES would get lost, and too much frustration scrolling to find them.

Perhaps it would be best, as essjay suggested , to post the recipe in the Kitchen (appropriate section) and simply provide a link to it in the menu.
