I have PCOS and I belong to a yahoo group for PCOSers that Low Carb. Everyone is different....some do low g.i., some do body for life, Atkins, South Beach.
It sometimes confusing and frustrating. You have to find something that you can stick and works for you.
I myself can't do low G.I-my cravings and appetite take over when I try...however it works for some. Same goes with weight watchers.
I do Atkins and that seems to be working for me for now...however I am very interested in the Swarzbein(sp?) principle.
