Thumbs up

Right now, about five times a week, but that's a minimum of an hour of cardio, either running, biking, or swimming (or a mix) as I train for the Danskin Triathlon in three weeks. I think it's probably 7+ hours/week.

I try to fit in some resistance training here and there but I'm very focused on the cardio.

I feel really great at this level of exercise - and it took me a long time to work up to it, at my weight. So even after the tri, I want to keep it up.
