I think I'm getting enough protein, I try and go by the "10g x lb of bodyweight" (maybe a little more or less) and around 1400cals a day so I don't think that would be it I meant to start a journal but I use fitday and its a pain to keep going from here to there..lol
And ugh everyone keeps saying I might be exercising too much, but I don't do strenuous exercies everyday, I mix it up. Some days I've only done like a 25min walk.. I don't really count that as too much. Weird. lol
