DebPenny ~ having read Don't Drink Your Milk!, I totally banned milk drinking in my household. Read through some of the reviews for the book to see why I did that.

Milk: the Deadly Poison also states the case against milk in an informative way too.

Thanks, Demi, for the info. But I think I'll still eat cheese and yogurt occassionally (not every day, never have) and I'll still have my lattes made with half and half. I don't have the problems listed and I like my lattes. But I may think twice before reintroducing milk as a beverage when I get to maintenance. Admittedly, I'm not missing it.
