I've finally had it with my CV19 pity party---drinking and eating too much from being housebound and bored! I've gained 13 lbs. in 5 mos. after a nice loss here in Jan. and it's time to take back control!

I haven't been posting because I wasn't able to log in and was also away for a week. I came back with a fever - hope it's not the 'rona!

I gained, sigh...

But I also got the chance to swim after three months of no swimming!

I've been driving and traveling and drinking carby kombucha to help my guy health. Pushing the weight up. In other news, though, I'm finally done with school for the summer and enjoying the break by swimming, archery, gardening, etc.

I walked the boardwalk this past Saturday like 5 miles and the next day I was like 161 but I don’t think I have been on any particular plan and did not weigh myself recently (since Sunday morning)
I didn’t even know what day it was today. I thought it was Thursday cause I was working on Thursday calendar but it is really only Wednesday

I am looking forward to Friday at 5PM and the weekend

WTG on that five miles, Entropy!

I tried Kombucha and didn't care for it, think it's like cilantro---you love it or hate it. Then again, maybe it was the brand and flavor, but got what seemed the most popular.
