Love to hear from Meggen and Kay, I understand that getting on the scale everyday is a bad idea so I'm going to cut back as well.

Hi jenjo... way to go on the 2lb loss! and way to go to everyone else too!
No news here yet, I wont weigh in again until next Thursday now.
When I started this thread I was 7ish days into starting, and lost 2lbs in the first week. I weighed in again for the 2nd time on Thursday 13th but was up half a lb but it's TOM so didn't log it, I wasn't even going to bother weighing myself because I knew it would be up
Hopefully when I weigh myself Thursday I'll have gone down a bit!
