Ok--Back to the gym tomorrow--today did treadmill here at home.

Treadmill: 30 minutes

At the dentist appointment this morning got some nice comments about all the weight I had lost since they saw me last fall. Told them I hadn't lost weight but inches and they said I looked like I had lost a lot of weight. NOT

Today starting on the glycemic index diet to see if I can get the body back into a losing mode.

Breakfast:
1 slice low carb toast
1 tsp butter
2 cups coffee
2 T. cream

Lunch:
Part of Bills Chinese platter
1 glass diet coke

pm snack:
24 ounces water
1 peach

Dinner:
2 small red potatoes-50 cent sized
1 tsp butter
2/3 cup fried cabbage and onions
4 ounces pork tenderloin
24 ounces water

pm snack:
cup of green tea
sweetner
small apple
1/2 ounce nuts

Trying to start listing my food again.

Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
2T. cream
2T. crushed strawberries
1 slice lc toast
1 tsp butter

Lunch: Got so busy today doing a craft I didn't eat lunch because I forgot about it. Maybe I should do this more often and maybe the weight would fall off--Think so?????

2 large glasses of water.

Dinner:

2 chicken breasts because I had no lunch or afternoon snack
1 cup buttered/steamed cauliflower. YUM
1 large glass of water
1 large glass of regular ginger-ale--Canada Dry kind. YUM!

Snack:
4 whole wheat crackers
1 ounce of wine cheese
1/2 apple
1 large glass of water
1 glass of ginger-ale

Fitday:
1,073 calories
43 G. fat--38%
32 G. Carb--9%
134 G. Pro.--53%

Ok--Think I did pretty good food wise today.

Breakfast:
1 slice low carb toast
1 tsp butter
2 cups coffee
2 T. cream
1 slice ham

Lunch:
lettuce, cucumber, blue cheese and mayo dressing
2 lg. glasses ice tea with sweetner.

Snack--zip

Dinner:
1.5 cups greens
2 small pork chops
2 glasses ice tea with sweetner

Birthday:
1 bite cake
1 bite vanilla ice cream
5 strawberries
1 cup coffee with milk

Thinking heavily about having some microwave popcorn and ice tea for a snack. Will add it on later if I decide to have it.

I did eat the popcorn and have the ice tea.

Lunch:

2 cups ice berg lettuce--[Nasty after eating Romaine most of the time]
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
1 T. wine vineger
1.5 T. mayo
1 T. cream
1 glass ice tea

Snack:
ice tea with sweetner
hand full of pecans

Dinner:

3/4 cup mock mashed potatos--YUM!
1 fried chicken breast
1 cup lettuce
2 T. lc dressing
1 glass diet soda

Snack:
Handfull of pecans
lg glass ice tea

Well- trying to get myself re-arranged here again to get back on low carb eating and exercising. Also going to try to put down what might be hampering results as I go along like I am craving this or that and try to do more like others do about logging that info.

I am going to set a mini goal of losing 1 pound by June 24th. Gonna give it hell here!!

Ball exercises: Last night
20 tricep exercises
20 pushups laying across the ball
20 ball/wall squats

Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
2 T. cream
1 slice lc. bread
1 tsp butter

Lunch:
1 cup home made chili with beans
1 large glass water.

Afternoon snack:
Sugar free/low carb ice cream bar with Drew who had the real stuff.

Dinner:
2 slices of roast beef
1/2 cup cheesy brussel sprouts
3/4 cup buttered broccoli
2 glasses ice tea with sweetner.

Pm Snack:
Handfull of Almond slivers
1 cup coffee with 1 T. Cream


Exercises tonight:
20 squats
20 tricep/bicep exercises
20 pushups laying across the ball.
20 leg ball lifts

I had a starving evening last night and then took Mischas suggestion and ate a can of tuna. That did the job!!!

Went to get our blood drawn today and afterwards Bill took me to Mc Donalds for breakfast.

Breakfast:
1 sausage patti
1 serving of scrambled eggs
1 lg. cup of coffee with cream

Lunch:
1.5 cups of Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup homemade chili over it
1 large glass caffeine free tea with sweetner

Dinner:
3 slices turkey breast
2 T. cranberry sauce
1/2 cup buttered cauliflower
3/4 cup cucumbers and onions with vinegrette
1 serving of Diannes Cobbler
2 T. whipped cream
1 large glass sweetned decaffinated tea
1 cup coffee with cream

STOMACH: --HAPPY!!
