Monday--may 9, 2005
Ok--Think I did pretty good food wise today.
Breakfast:
1 slice low carb toast
1 tsp butter
2 cups coffee
2 T. cream
1 slice ham
Lunch:
lettuce, cucumber, blue cheese and mayo dressing
2 lg. glasses ice tea with sweetner.
Snack--zip
Dinner:
1.5 cups greens
2 small pork chops
2 glasses ice tea with sweetner
Birthday:
1 bite cake
1 bite vanilla ice cream
5 strawberries
1 cup coffee with milk
Thinking heavily about having some microwave popcorn and ice tea for a snack. Will add it on later if I decide to have it.
I did eat the popcorn and have the ice tea.
