Sounds good! I will never give up my coffee in the mornings! But I have started drinking it black instead of with cream.

My breakfast was weird today--leftover pork and sauerkraut. I'm sure everyone in my office loved the aroma at 9am.

Hey you guys I just made a really quick, lite little pizza thingie. I took one of the Atkins Rev Rolls (made mostly of egg, they are very light and fluffy) put on some pizza sauce and shredded mozarella. Microwaved a few minutes. Delish.

Also made one in the oven which wasn't as good.

Well, all in all, yesterday went pretty good.
I don't know why I get so hungry at night. I eat dinner as soon as I get home at 4:30 or so. Last night it was a pork chop and lots of steamed cabbage with some butter on it. But later I had a couple tablespoons of whipped topping (just cause I was hungry for sweet) and later made some of that flax bread and ate 2/3 of it in hopes it would fill me up some, as I can't sleep if I'm hungry when I go to bed.
I don't get why when i first did Atkins, one reason I loved it was that I wasn't hungry. Now, it seems I'm always hungry - especially at night!
Suggestions anyone?

P.S. What's a Rev roll?

They are a great bread substute from the originals Atkins book. (They are not in the newer books--I found the recipe online)

They are mostly egg---you whip up 6 egg whites with a bit of cream of tartar, until they are stiff. You fold in 4 yolks and a 3 oz cream cheese, then bake on Pammed cookie sheets at 300 for 30-35 minutes. Then refrigerate after cooling--they are NOT good to eat right out of the oven.
