I have been fine....i have been doing ok...down 6 pounds so far but thats about it...i was kinda hoping for more but i will take what i can get...i havent been real strict with myself so i understand...

yes i think we have a lot in common! i need to lose 160 more lbs.....sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i got a long way to go!

lol..yeah thats my nick name cause my middle name is nicole... real name is ashley but there is like a million ashleys where i live so everyone calls me nikki....plus some tried to say i favor monique off this show called the "parkers" and her name on the show was nikki lol....
dont think i have 160 pounds to go because you will want to give up...when i was at my highest (279) i wanted to get down to 145 meaning a 134 pound loss....the more i thought about i needed to lose that mush...i would give up on myself... when i set small goals like... my first goal is 250.... it helped and i reached it...so maybe focus on getting to 299 and then reward yourself with something (but no food or candy) for making it
three weeks ago i told my little cousin( shes 8) that we could have a tea party with scones and chocolate fondue ect... well that was before the low carbing....she decided to do it today... i didnt want to let her down so heres what i did....
i ate like 1/4 piece of a scone if that.... i figure it was probably around 5 carbs give or take a few... drank tea with splenda... and i ate 3 strawberries..dipped one in a little chocolate..i mean a little dip just the tip had chocolate on it... i skipped the bananas because i know they are loaded with carbs...hope i didnt do to bad...
just checking in on everyone today...most of you have strayed away from the board...hmmm i wonder where all my chicks have gone??? come out come out wherever you are
unfortunetly it did happen again...last nite he took me out to a spanish restaurant....i had garlic chicken, LOADS of italian bread with butter, rice, sangria, and cookies when i got home...what the heck is WRONG with me? i have to say that i am SO upset that i did this. i even had 4 cigarettes (and i quit smoking in december)
i weighed myself and now im at 311.8 (how can i gain over 3 lbs??)
i am back on the ball today, and im not going out to eat for a WHILE..this is insane and i needed to confess in order to get myself back on track..
LunaBaby--don't get down on yourself--you CAN"T gain three pounds of fat overnight--that's how you know it's water weight. if you jump right back on and DON'T CHEAT--it'll be gone again in a couple of days.
2cute--glad to hear you're doing well and congrats on figuring out how to "manage" the tea party. You did great.
