Busy, active weekend - almost 60K steps between Friday & Sunday. I ate right (VLC/no snacking) but likely more calories that I should have. Did not log food.

Although I did not log food yesterday, eating was very low net carb and portion size within reason. I ate breakfast & dinner, but had a bit of cheese & liverwurst after an evening 5K jog. That counts as a snack day.
