Month 1 / July 2020: 12.7 lbs / 5.8 kg lost.
Made it through step 1 and well into step 2. This is induction month, so I was expecting a semi-big drop. However, the weight lost is not that different than what is expected via my calorie deficit. But I'm not hungry. Like really not, and that makes all the difference. Whaddya know, it's easier to lose weight when you are not hungry. Who knew?
Steps 2 and 3 are a weight zone that I have already lost a couple of times in the past. I get discouraged and fed up at stalls in this zone. But I'm optimistic that perseverance and an active August 2020 will at least get me through step 2.
