I did a walk last night of several blocks -- I was busy reading my book and missed my bus stop. I told myself the exercise was good for me as I walked the extra 10 blocks or whatever it was home. :-)

Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds Express [Super Challenge - 4 Miles]
It was just under an hour and so worth every second. I have just resolved to take a few nights a week and do the longer workouts.
Last night I was pressed for time so I did one of her 30 minute express workout DVD's; it came out to 2 miles. I felt sooo good afterwards!
I think I am about to do a 10 day challenge just to see how I do. This ought to be fun!
Last night I did WATP Muscle Mile One. It was fast and intense! Today I'm going to make sure to get in a 4 mile walk, I'll have a little more time to work with today.
