I don't use it for workouts, but for a daily weight check. It's nice to see progress on a graph, and it also seems to be a very consistent (accurate) scale.
Yes, hula hoops can be VERY cardio ![Wink](/images/smilies/wink.gif) In fact, that's a damn good idea. I needed a way to test my new polar heart rate monitor. As soon as the kids go to bed it's hula hoop time!
