Haven't been this low in MANY YEARS. Feels great. I want the scale to move move move DOWN. I'm stoked to get the scale moving DOWN, not UP!!

Trying to remember the last time I weighed this. Would have been at Christmas time when I was working for L at PPR. A lifetime of pain and struggle since. BUT making good progress... and hurting a lot less... and able to do more.... if never what I could do. Focusing on the positive!!!!

Low carbing really keeps the pain in check. I get a wake up call if Im off plan.

Dang, it only took 12 months to move 5 more pounds!! lol
