Yeah, I've really battled around that 212-214 point for weeks. Up, down, up, down. I didn't have a change this morning from yesterday, but was thrilled I didn't bounce up again. I just kept reminding myself that as long as I was doing everything right, eventually something had to give. Overall, I haven't had a great month, but I weigh less than I didn't when it started, so that's something.
