Hi Mike, nice to "meet you" although I've been reading along for a while now. You are the creator and Master of MOMD.
After a day or two of reviewing my WOE I have decided that what I'm following is Wheat Belly. Due to diabetes, I have to keep carbs low. I avoid bread and bread products, pasta, and sugar along with a few other things. I eat mostly protein and vegetables, with limited fruit. So for me, a cheat day will be one in which I give in to bread products, pasta or sugar, unless planned in advance per the rules.
Unfortunately, I am MOMD, still on day 0, working toward day 1.
I think this thread will really help me to stop and think before I indulge...keep me from caving. Help me with blood sugar control as well as weight loss. I hope you come back, Mike, as well as some of the others.
