I have started a journal, weighing every other day, and taking measurements once a month. If I don't show success on the scales, maybe more often on the measurements. To me the first month, though the hardest has been usually the most gratifying. It helps me to keep going. But to each her own. I need to take the dreaded before body shots. Will try to do them tomorrow. Again though, it is another tool, and another way to record my success as I go. I need all these things to keep me going. I look forward to seeing each of you and of course myself, succeed.
