I keep trying to go away from the beach, to make things happen "faster"...but I just believe that this is healthiest way to eat! So I am going to take it one day at a time and try to stay the course, all the way, regardless of what the scale is doing. (Should say I won't be adding grains until close to the end because frankly, I'm a carbwhore).
