I haven't done a proper workout per se since last Wednesday. However, I have been doing a LOT of walking (with the dog and otherwise).
Back to it today:
3 mile power walk, followed by stretching
This evening:
UBWO (chest, shoulders, triceps)
Dumbbell bench press
Inclined dumbbell flies
Lateral raises
Front raises
Kickbacks
4 x 10 x 5kg (11lb)
Plus, dog walking
