Same goals and since school starts a week from next Tuesday (BOO!) I'm trying to figure out how to get it all in. I thought about taking an aerobic dance class, but I don't know when. One meets during my math class the other is at 7 a.m. and that's not any good!

I am slacking on the cardio. Right now I'm in migraine land which isn't helping.
I still need two more days to make my gym goal for the week and yoga on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to make that goal. I've really slacked off this week!

Gym Friday ~ 9 a.m.
Gym sometime Saturday if I can squeeze it in.
