Got Gas?
I've also found that if I eat salads for a couple of day in a row with, for example, fresh spinach, I experience the same problem. I think certain vegetables can have that affect.
Yaberhoo is right - sugar alcohols upset my tummy, too!

gas problem
ah ha i have been having a little treat hear and there, but i am like alot of people here a carb-oholic, choco-holic. and without these i know i would be back eating the old way even though eating like that would be make me feel even worse. baskin robins has a sugar free hard candy that helps with my sweet tooth, and then on family night when everyone else is having there treats i would have 2 russel stovers chocolate. this sucks, know what do i do?
Also, you shouldn't have sugar alcohols on induction. I have discovered that my tummy doesn't hurt anymore with sugar alcohols but I still eat them sparingly. Medalian1, farting is why guys were born in the first place. Imagine how bad the ozone layer would be if we didn't have any guys who farted? Keep up the good work, guy.
