Default Wow. I've just had an unexpected slip!

I've been really good these last few weeks and have been sticking to plan easily without issue, I've had no real cravings etc and haven't had any carby foods at all.

Well that's just changed! I saw half a biscuit that one of my kids had left and almost without thinking I ate it. I've just ended up eating a couple more, a bowl of cereal and a peice of toast!

I realise partially this has happened because I'm really tired ( a personal trigger of mine I know), and I don't think I've maybe had enough calories the last couple of days, but its crazy how a slip happen so quickly. With this WOE and the mindset im in I seem to be able to stop a slip turning into a full blown binge more easily than I have in the past but I'm still annoyed at myself for letting it happen.

I guess it could have been worse but I'm sure I'll feel pretty bloated come morning. Given that thats how I used to eat every single day I can see why I'm fat and why I used to feel like crap all the time, and it really shows the good that LCHF does do for me.

Right! Back to proper food from now!
