Ate my last piece of "bread" for a while
Someone just inspired me to get back on the low carb bandwagon. I have decided to roughly follow a low carb diet that had been prescribed for me by a dietitian a few years back. That diet helped me to lose almost 40 lbs. After 3 years I gained back a bit of the weight, but then lost it again by "casual" low carb dieting, but I've started to gain again and what is most significant is my triglycerides increased A LOT. That means a low carb diet would help me out a lot. I want to lower those triglycerides and lose at least 10 lbs. If I really start "counting" carb grams I know that shouldn't be too hard of a process.
The other day I made a Czech Easter bread. I know it isn't Easter, but I got a Kitchen Aid mixer and wanted to use the dough hook attachment. Well, I've had more than my fill and it is now wrapped and put in the freezer. From this point on I can start to eat low carb again. Wish me luck!
