I make a fairly low carb pizza with a low-carb tortilla for the crust, a very small bit of spaghetti or pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
I put the tortilla in the oven during pre-heating to crisp it up a little. Then it's about 350 for 10 minutes essentially to melt the cheese.
You can make a really low-carb "pizza" by first making a parmesan cheese crisp as the crust. |
