I've just read all nine pages on this thread, and would like to say thanks. The original Rev rolls were truly gross to me, but I can eat these things, tweak them however I like, and they're always good.

I've even used them to make "dumplings".

One quick question- has anyone spread that batter out in a pan and tried to make a "pita" type thing? Probably a much better question to ask in a recipe forum.

Better if you (a) let it sit awhile to blend, (b) put it on something warm/hot so it warms a bit, (c) you can put sliced boiled eggs and thin sliced sweet peppers on top and it's more awesome.

That reminds me of a "Killer Bread" recipe. Mix chopped fresh garlic with butter, some mayo, loads of Parmesan cheese, a little basil, salt & pepper. Spread on "bread" and broil. I've tried this on an Oopsie and it is terrific. Messy, but great.
