Cauliflower alternative
This is funny me posting a recipe. Here goes. I get frozen cauliflower and either on the stove or in the microwave cook it until its very soft then with either a mixer or just a fork mash it up like mash potatoes. Then while its hot either add low carb cheddar sauce or regular shredded cheddar and let it melt from the heat of the cauliflower. Then take sourcream and add it in until its all creamy. Then you can do alot of variations to this like adding peices of bacon. or cooked onion ect.... Its very awsome and extremely low carb. I know there are similar recipies to this but I made this on my own and love it.
