The float test is very accurate though. I didn't really think about visceral fat, but I am sure that they could tell you how much "bad" body fat she has through some sort of mathematical equation. I say the gym or those scales that supposedly measure body fat through electrical waves. I've heard that they are not the greatest, but you never know.

Urban-- you are already thin, and I understand your quest to find your ACCURATE body fat % because I know that I would want to know too, but is there anyway you could monitor your progress through clothing, the way your body looks, muscle definition, etc.? To get really defined abs, you need a low body fat percentage. You have defined abs, do you really need a number to tell you exactly? You could also go to www.bodybuilding.com for some ideas on bf and losing fat to show your muscles (they have to do it for competitions). There are some really interesting articles on there. Look at the ones by the females because they do figure competitions, not lifting ones.
