This is such an excellent site....

I know most of you hear (or read) this all of the time, but since I came across this site 3 days ago...I can't seem to stay away from it. My husband, myself and 2 of our sons are doing the Atkins and in 8 days we have lost a TOTAL of 38 lbs!!!

I have found so many excellent tips, recipes, etc on this site and just want to let all of you know that it is much appreciated. I am hoping to get my husband and boys to read up on issues on here frequently, as I feel it is a wonderful motivator. Thanks again!
