oops!

I can not believe i did this.just afew days ago i started my big journey,now i feel as if i ruined it

.(started on the 26th)i binged
.binged like never before.

3 cin.rolls w/frosting

THEN
4corn bread muffins

cornbread muffins!?!?i dont even like cornbread!!AND i wasn't
even hungry.anybody want a buddy?i am not very strong and would really like a friend

what do i do now?
