More Than You Think You Are.
I used to be a runner. I would get up and run at least 1 mile every morning come rain, snow, or hotter than Hades temperature. After a knee injury I had to cut back on my running. Then somewhere along the way I came up with the wonderfully lame excuse that I didn't have time to run, walk, go to yoga, go to pilates or even go to spinning class anymore. Today is the day I change all that by starting a gym log!
