Smile a question about weight loss

I'm just finishing my second day, so I'm pretty new. I'm curious as to what kind of weight loss I can expect after say a month, three months?? I know everyone is different, but I am curious how the rest of you did for the first month. I have to admit I feel pretty good right now. I thought the first two days would be horrible and it hasn't been that bad.

As a matter of fact there IS a rule of thumb about that! You can expect to lose 10% of your desired weight loss during induction. After that you can expect to lose 5% per month. Some people to better than that, some not as well. The closer to goal you are the harder it is to get those last 10# off (I should know!! ) So, for you, about 6+# during induction, then 3# per month....but you also have to keep re-calculating that figure as you lose weight! (YEA!!)

Good luck!! You'll do great!
