I haven't been back on LC or a diet in almost over 2 years! I've let food get the best of me and I am starting to get back into the flow of things. First things first and I need to start taking baby steps towards the good/better healthy me! I want to start simple and try and lose 10lbs by July 4th! I know I might exceed this goal and thats ok...it helps me push towards something wonderful!
This is a great challenge! I have a mini goal set for friday & need to lose 2 more lbs. and then I would like to lose 10 more by the 4th! So my goal for the fourth is 209!!
Brkfst: 2 egg omlette w/ Cheese and 2 sausage patties
Lunch: 2 hot dogs and lc ketchup and cottage cheese
Snack: LC Crustless Cheese cake
Dinner:Shrimp Scampi and Salad
Later tonight snack: Cheese
I am going to clean my house tonight so that should be a great workout!!! Might do some floor excer.
Last night instead of going to home and making Scampi...My DH's Parents took us to Ruby Tuesdays! I suceeded in eating well at a restaurant! I had the support from the whole family!!! I had a LC Turkey burger wrap with Avocado and Bacon with a side of brocolli and mayo! YUMMY!
Down 1lb this morning! I am at 260 and hoping to push 259 tomorrow!!!
