Default My first time here

Hi everyone. It is my first time here but not my first time on Atkins. I have low carbing to be the most successful way to lose and maintain lost weight ever but sadly am back as I just let it all slip away from me. I am back to my pre-Atkins size and it has taken just 7months of complete and utter neglect to achieve this. Yes the shame!!! But here I am ... more determined than ever to not just lose the weight (which I know I can do) but to get support in keeping it off for GOOD!
I am in Christchurch New Zealand and I am really hoping to meet up with others in my area. I am also wanting to know where if at all can I get the ketone sticks from?
Thanks

Hi Claudine,
Pretty amazing how fast that darn weight creeps back. I am back this week also after taking a break and trying some other weightloss plan. Welcome back! I haven't tried the "sticks" yet.....don't know if I want to. Reminds me too much of those in home PG tests....and I'm waaaay beyond those. You'll lose that weight in no time this time around.
Carol

Thumbs up Thanks everyone

Ok here I am on day number 2 of induction and the *headache* has kicked in. Oh my I nearly forgot this happened last time....it is my bodies way of saying "Give me sugar NOW!!". I drank lots of water last time when it happened and it left after 2 days, I then felt better than I had in years. I am definately looking forward to that at the moment.
I am going to check into this site at least once a day as I think by getting support and talking to others I will be more prepared once the weight comes off me. How do I get one of those graphs...the ones that show the progress of some of the members? I think they are an inspiration to others and also an incentive to keep it all going.

You can get the tickers at www.tickerfactory.com.

Once you have made all your selections you copy the text from the first box into your signature.

They are really easy to create.

Good luck and much continued success on your weight loss.

Toni

Default Ok I think I have it

I hope this works...being a Kiwi we work in Kgs so I have even gone to the trouble of converting that for everyone as I am aware a lot of you here work in Pounds.
