Hi my name is Michelle and I've been doing Atkins now for 6 weeks. I started induction after I noticed a few co-workers losing lots of weight and asking them questions. So far I've lost a total of 53.5 lbs. I'm really glad I found this site because there were a few concerns I had, but after reading the newbie questions section, they have been answered and my mind put at ease. I also wouldn't mind having someone to chat with(my co-workers are on a shift oppsite mine so I only see them when they do overtime on my shift)
