Default Scrambled Taco's

This is one of my favorites, and it's so easy!!!

Brown taco meet, with your favorite taco seasonings (I just buy the seasoning packs and use those).

Mix 3 large eggs (more or less if you prefer)

Once the meat is browned, take out however much you don't want for this meal and put in a container that you can put in the fridge, and pour the mixed eggs over the meat, and scramble until done.

Makes a whole new flavor to eggs! I use venison for this, and it tastes great!

I do this and love it. Add cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc over the top. Very good.

Watch the carbs in those little seasoning packs, though - many of them have cornstarch and sugar!

throw some chopped Kale in to pan after you brown the meat...kale and scrambled eggs is SUPER delicious. Kale is also incredibly healthy (go green leafy veggies!) but doesn't cook down like spinach.
