Default HGH affect?

I started low carb diet on the first of the year. Over the first 3 weeks I was down 12 pounds. Then I continued the diet but started lifting weights hard, excersizing, and taking HGH. In the last 2 weeks I have not lost a pound.

Can anyone tell me if they know what is happening?

have you had your body composition done? What is your bodyfat%?

Are you taking injectable HGH?

Maybe you are putting on muscle..which would be a great thing so that may the reason you are not losing weight.

Ditch the scale and go by how you look and if your clothes are fitting you differently.

My only body fat% comes from my scale. It is digital, and magically senses by body fat. In the mornings it is always around 43%. By evening it is at 40%. I am 5' 10.5", 260lbs, medium build. I am injecting HGH.
Is it true that there will be significant gain of water weight when starting HGH?
Maybe water+muscle is replacing fat loss.?

Ok, those scales are notoriously inaccurate. They are affected by all sorts of things, including time of day, your hydration level, temperature etc. Don't worry about it.

I don't want to be a wet blanket, but what are you doing with HGH at 40% bf? At this stage, a strict lc diet and a good workout programme is what you need. Keep the HGH and any other exotic supps for when you have dropped a lot lower and have hit a plateau.

I have not heard or seen HGH causing water retention. Steroids like testosterone cypionate yse, for sure but not HGH.

Did you have blood work done to see how your lh/fsh levels were?
Is this doctor prescribed?

You absolutley could be putting on muscle. Some do not do well on hgh alone, but for others I have seen some pretty amazing stuff happen with hgh "therapy". You could be one who responds very well to the drug.

Like HelenH stated a low carb diet will help with your bodyfat%..but the hgh should be a nice adjucnt to your weightloss/musclebuliding goals.

Actually, HGH can cause water retention because it supposedly raises the ADH, an ACE inhibitor can counter this but I don't reccomend it if you don't know what you are doing.

Watch your diet, increase the dosage slowly if you are and your body will adjust in due time.

Diet and exercise are the most important, you should've tried to cut down BF% doing that 1'st IMO, but if you want to use something anyway, you should've looked in Albuterol, Clen, ECA Stack maybe even DNP if you're willing to do some research and be adventerous.

HGH wasn't the best bet, but since you did anyway, just finish the cycle you planned and get the most out of it, next time, do your research before you start using HGH, AAS and other Preformance drugs.

Oh god, don't reccomend DNP..If you mess up on that stuff it can literally melt you.

Isn't it an ingredient in dynamite?

Just god awful stuff, Dan duchaine brought it to the public arena and even with his "expertise" on it there have been a lot of problems
