Default Having trouble...please help!

I think I've posted this before but now I'm really ready to listen. I'm about 7 pounds from my goal now so I think that means I'm in pre-maintenance or maintenance? I've read my atkins book cover to cover. I'm a very concrete, routine oriented person and i must say that the chapter on induction was GREAT!!! Eat this, don't eat this, etc... I could follow that to a T. But now I know i have to start adding carbs back in and I'm totally lost. My brain won't wrap around the idea of "add back in and see if you gain". I don't want to do that to myself, I've worked to hard to get here. I would just like to have a bigger variety of what I can eat, just with fruits and veggies though. I'm not interested in eating bread, ever again. I thought I would go back to writing down everything I eat b/c that really helps me but I don't know what to eat!!!! ANY advice, mean or nice, I'll take it!

If you're happy with what you're eating and don't want to change it much, then don't. You don't have to add the bread in if you don't want it!

You could just add the 5 carbs a day until you stop losing weight (as opposed to when you start gaining) and you'll know that that is your cut-off point.
