I dont know if you can find them anywhere, but I got an Atkins protien bar. They have carbs in them but a lot of fiber so it averages out at a somewhat low count. Anyways, I found if I cut them into bit size pieces and freeze them, I can suck on them and eventually eat them, and it satisfies a craving. The Caramel nut one tastes like a snickers bar to me. They are fantastic.
Just a thought for those of you wanting some serious chocolate or candy!

Kristinc: that is so funny you said that about the Caramel nut bar. I do that the same thing but try not to do it that often so when I eat it, it's a real treat.

i have those for breakfast sometimes, great idea u have it would help at those craving times. yummy they are!
