Some help on my Thyroid panel t-3 t-4

Hello there!
I'm very confused, I'm new on all this things, some one here can tell how bad or good are this thyrod panel. I'm Hypo or hyperthyroid... Help

T-3 UPTAKE 28 22-35%
T-4 ( thyroxine ) Total 3.6 L 4.5-12.5 MCG/DL
FREE T4 INDEX ( T7 ) 1.0 L 1.4-3.8

Those tests don't tell me a lot other than your T4 is too low. If you can you should get FT3 done. (Notice the F in front of T3... it's important).

Anyway, you're hypoThyroid from what that test shows.
