Hi Everyone....started back up on Protein Power January 6th. I have lost 70lbs on the program before, due to a medication I was on...gained it back....I am ready to get it back off and feeling very in control since starting back up and am very motivated. If I can ever figure out how to navigate this site and these forums, I will be all set..really looking forward to getting/sharing some support and ideas here! I'm the married (for now) mom of 2 great kids. A girl 5 and boy 3. They are my main reason for losing the weight. I want it for me, but for them as well.
