freezing "french toast?"

has anyone tried making a lot of these ahead of time and freezing them?

also to add height to mine - so theyre more like french toast instead of pancakes - i put a metal heart shaped cookie cutter on the pan and fill with the batter - YUM!

Hi there,
I have frozen them, and then either popped them into the toaster oven or microwave...they were fine.
