my hair!!
i have a problem... i have long, long hair that i LOVE (you can probably tell from my pic LOL)! anyway, the problem is that its been falling out more that usual and it seems to have gotten thinner. im pretty sure its due to LCing since thats when it started and ive heard other people talk about it as well. but what can i do to help prevent this from happening anymore? should i start taking vitamins? if so, which ones?

I noticed about after 4 months of low-carbing that my hair was thinning. A couple months ago I started taking 500 mcg of biotin and kelp. Now another 4 months later I finally notice a slight difference in my hair loss and I presume it should improve.
