Default Karmic Activity :D

I am a member of the local Curves. Being 270 lbs It's a bit difficult for me to do much as far as activity.

I bought a push mower to mow 1.5 acres of lawn.

I try to walk 2 miles a day

I try to get to Curves once a day (weekdays) I do the minimum circuts but I try to do one or two more on days that I feel energetic.

Today I got to curves when I brought the boys to school I did 4 circuts. They say thats about 600 calories give or take. I will try and get my walk in later, once the sun starts to go down, it's 85+ degrees outside. To hot for me right now.

Cool

I got to Curves at 8:15- finished my workout around 9:12. I did 4 circuts and today I focused on more weight then aerobics. My heart rate stayed at 80% fo rme which is 22 beats in 10 seconds.

I am in a 30 day challenge- and I am ahead in the weight loss by 4 lbs. I am really happy about that, When I weighed myself today I am 9 lbs down since the beginning of the challenge.

WOW the updates I have for this thing are crazy!

I haven't lost any new weight(back down to where I was alittle over a week ago.) but I have lost another 5 inches from my waist. and others elsewhere.

I worked out Friday and Saturday last week, Saturday night I added a walking aerobics work out from Leslie Sansone.... we walked her two mile tape twice. Sunday night I walked her three mile tape and the 2 mile tape.... and then monday night I walked the three mile only... I was tired.

I have also added to my workouts... a half hour of stretching after my walks, and 3 sets of 12 leg lifts for my stomach and 3 sets of crunches for the top of my stomach.

I think thats why I have lost so many inches on my waist ..... been sore for the last week, I can barely laugh.LOL

I added some suppliments too....
I now take a special vitamin from one a day for people who do low carb dieting... so I get more nurtients. I take a omega 3 tablet twice a day. I added a Co-Enzyme Q10 tablet once a day- and I now take an energy pill called Atkins Accel... i am supposed to take that three times a day but since it's only got natural energy nutrients in it, I only take it once a day in the morning to make up for my lack of coffee. That and I Would like to sleep at night. LOL

It has helped me get in better workouts... with more energy I can keep my heart rate up to be beneficial and burn calories.... I also have been doing four circuts at curves instead of three, I get into this nice groove and just go.... I worked out at curves this morning, napped today and I will be skipping my walk tonight and goin to bed early to try and get more sleep in... let my body recover from all my new activity.

Ok I lied, I did work out that night I did the 2 mile walk only though. no work out today I think because I was the walking DEAD this morning.

Hugs,
Tracy
