So, I had been doing carb cycling, but I've been having problems with it recently. I think that perhaps it's just too difficult to do at school where I can't always control what food options I have. So, I'm going back to regular Atkins. I'm starting again at Induction and am planning to go through all the phases again. Kind of sad, but I'll definitely keep watching what's going on with the carb cyclers!

I started a new thread in Semi-Low Carb. Let's move there.

nfb: Yeah, I can see how it would be difficult for you. You are welcome back ANYTIME! (But, look for us in semi-low carb).

OK, no more posts to this thread. Let's MOVE!

Hi, guys.
Circumstances came up so made today a carb up. Will do that for a few days and then carb down. So net loss last time on carb down was 2 pounds.
I'll post again when I go back down.
Hoping everyone sees virgin territory!
